Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it

The item must be in its original packaging

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
To start a return, please email us at clarenvo@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at clarenvo@gmail.com with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
